Bubbles

The children have been researching information about bubbles.  We went outside and made lots of bubbles in the playground.  During the term we had a visit from the 'Science in a Van' team and they showed us lots of different experiments and told us about the importance of making a guess about what you think might happen.  We are scientists because we like to talk about our experiments and predict what might happen.

Twilight Market

The children have been busy designing posters about the Twilight Market on 27 March.
They had to think of a slogan for the poster and they discussed with a buddy how to display their pictures.











The children had a fabulous time at the Twilight Market.  It was great to see lots of families enjoying themselves.  
Our stall was the cupcake, slices and fudge one.  
Thank you to all the parents who baked for this stall and thanks to the parents who sold the goodies at the market,  it was very much appreciated.

Art - Coloured Patterns

The children had a great time creating patterns on paper and then using a black felt they went over them.  They used a range of coloured dyes to show the patterns.
