The students enjoyed looking at the variety of Pacific Island patterns. They did some sketches of some of the patterns and then chose two to enlarge. The students looked closely at the colours that were used to create these patterns. Using large crayons they illustrated their work and then they used black felt to highlight parts of their work. Then dye was put on their work.
They feel very proud of their work and so does their teacher.
