Memories of 2013

The children designed their own memories of 2013 folder.  Enjoy looking at them.

Christmas

The children made some Christmas decorations.  They made their decoration from clay.  When it was hard the children used ink and a patterned roller to create interesting shapes on their decorations.  Then they designed some pictures to go with them and wrote a Christmas message.

Christmas Assembly

WOW!!! What a fabulous assembly we had.  The children showed some of the Jump Jam songs.  At the end of the assembly the parents joined in.

Auckland Museum

We had a great trip to the Auckland Museum.  What a lot of things to see.
We had a special scavenger hunt, we worked as a team to find out as much as we could about what was at the museum.
We visited the volcano area and saw different types of rocks.  There was a volcanologist's suit on display and it was silver.  
We went to see what Auckland was like in 1866.  There were many shops and we could see all the different things they used years ago.  There has been a lot of changes!
