Police Visit - 5 June
The police came to talk to the whole school today.  They told us that you need to be, fit, strong, co-ordinated, caring, kind and you need to listen well.  The armed defenders squad visited and told us about their job.  They use many different pieces of equipment.  A dog handler came and introduced his dog Gaze to us.  Gaze is two years old and is a german shepard.  There are 120 dog handlers in New Zealand and 30 of them are in Auckland.
The police mentioned that if we see them on the streets to please say hello to them.
The police helicopter came and we saw it on the school field.
